FAQ

  • That is not needed. Your plan with auto renew every year without you having to do anything.

  • You will be charged at effective date. Or your date of approval.

  • It typically takes 2-3 days after the policy has been active. After the first month it will come out at the effective start date routinely.

  • You can go to (Good RX, Clever RX,) type in your medication and show to the pharmacist.

  • You can move your start date out to start later if you'd like. But we can't move it back afterwards!

  • You can go into your email and log onto your portal.
